1. Introduction
Microagents, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Agents.sh mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our App. By using Agents.sh, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
This App is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Contact Information
- Email Address: Collected via AWS Cognito when you sign in with Google, Apple, or email. Used for account identification and authentication.
- User ID: A unique identifier (Cognito
sub) assigned to your account. - Display Name (optional): Name or profile attributes provided by your identity provider.
2.2 Audio Data
- Voice Recordings: When you use the voice agent feature, audio from your device's microphone is captured and transmitted in real-time via WebSocket to our servers.
- Important: Raw audio is not stored on our servers. It is relayed in real-time to xAI for voice processing and immediately discarded. Only text transcripts are retained.
2.3 User Content
- Conversation Transcripts: Text transcriptions of your voice interactions and the assistant's responses are stored to provide conversation history and context.
- Memories: You may create, edit, or delete memory entries (identity, preference, contextual, or emotional). These are stored to personalize your experience.
- Task Content: When you delegate tasks to sub-agents, the requests, status updates, and results are stored as part of your task history.
- Personality Configuration: Your preferred AI name, voice selection, and optional custom system prompts.
- Connected App Data: Names of third-party services (e.g., Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, Notion, GitHub) you choose to connect via Composio, along with your enabled tool preferences and sub-agent configurations.
2.4 Purchases
- Purchase History: Records of credit bundles purchased via Apple In-App Purchase, including product IDs and transaction IDs, used to credit your account and prevent duplicate fulfillment.
- Credit Balance: Your current available credits and usage metadata.
2.5 Usage Data
- Session Metrics: Audio duration, token counts, and feature usage counts (e.g., web searches) for billing and credit deduction purposes.
- Device Information: Basic device type and platform (iOS, Android, Web, macOS) derived from your authentication token for platform-specific feature support.
2.6 Information We Do NOT Collect
We do not collect:
- Your precise or coarse location
- Your contacts, photos, or camera data
- Your browsing history or search history outside the App
- Advertising identifiers or device IDs for tracking
- Health, fitness, or financial information beyond purchase history
3. How We Use Your Information

4. Third-Party Services and Data Sharing
We share data with the following third-party services solely to operate the App. All third-party AI providers are contractually bound to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the App's features and are required to maintain data protection measures that are the same as or equal to those described in this policy.
4.1 Artificial Intelligence and Voice Processing

Your explicit consent: By using the voice agent and connected app features, you explicitly consent to the sharing of your voice data and conversation content with these AI providers for the purpose of generating responses and completing tasks.
AI training: None of these providers use your data to train AI models. Your data is used solely to operate the app and improve your personal experience.
4.2 Integration and Memory Services

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time through the App. When you request deletion:
- Your account is immediately queued for permanent deletion
- All associated data — including conversation history, memories, personality configurations, and sub-agent configs — will be permanently deleted within 3 days
- All active authentication sessions are immediately invalidated
- Transaction records required for legal/tax compliance may be retained for the minimum period required by applicable law
To request account deletion: Use the "Delete Account" option in the App's Account settings, or email us at privacy@agents.sh.
Note: Data already transmitted to third-party AI providers (xAI, AWS Bedrock, etc.) prior to deletion is subject to those providers' own retention and deletion policies, which we do not control.
6. Data Security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data:
- All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2+
- Authentication tokens are stored securely (iOS Keychain, encrypted Android SharedPreferences)
- AWS infrastructure uses IAM-authorized access controls
- Server secrets (API keys) are stored in AWS Secrets Manager
- No custom or non-standard encryption is used
While we strive to protect your data, no system is 100% secure. We encourage you to use strong authentication and report any suspected security issues to privacy@agents.sh.
7. Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights:
- Access: Request information about the data we hold about you
- Deletion: Request deletion of your account and associated data
- Withdraw Consent: Stop using features that share data with third parties (e.g., disconnect Composio integrations, delete memories)

8. International Data Transfers
Our servers are located in the United States. By using the App, you consent to the transfer and processing of your data in the United States. We rely on standard contractual safeguards and service provider agreements to ensure adequate protection.
9. Children's Privacy
Agents.sh is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete that information. If you believe we may have information from a child under 13, please contact us at privacy@agents.sh.
10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Effective Date" at the top of this policy. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
