1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, accessing, or using Agents.sh (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the App. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years old.
2. Description of Service
Agents.sh is a voice-powered AI agent application that allows you to:
- Interact with an AI voice assistant via natural language
- Delegate tasks to sub-agents that can connect to third-party services (e.g., Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, Notion, GitHub) through Composio
The App requires an internet connection and microphone access to function.
3. Accounts and Authentication
You may sign in using Google Sign-In, Apple Sign-In, or other methods we support via AWS Cognito. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You may delete your account at any time through the App. Account deletion is permanent and will remove your conversation history, memories, and configurations within 3 days. See our Privacy Policy for details on data retention.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the App to:
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Infringe on the rights of others
- Transmit unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable content
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the App
- Use the App to send spam or unsolicited communications
- Exceed reasonable usage limits in a way that degrades service for other users
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these rules.
5. Third-Party Integrations
The App allows you to connect third-party services (e.g., Gmail, Google Calendar, Slack, Notion, GitHub) via Composio. Your use of these integrations is subject to the terms and privacy policies of those third-party services. We are not responsible for:
- The availability, accuracy, or functionality of third-party services
- Actions taken by sub-agents on your behalf (e.g., sending emails, creating calendar events)
- Data handling practices of third-party services
You are solely responsible for reviewing and understanding the permissions you grant to connected apps.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by Microagents, LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
You retain ownership of any content you create or submit through the App (e.g., memories, custom prompts). By using the App, you grant us a limited license to process and store this content solely to provide the service.
7. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
- The App will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free
- The results obtained from using the App will be accurate or reliable
- Any errors in the App will be corrected
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Microagents, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Microagents, LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.
9. Modifications to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Effective Date" above. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
